One more body was found in the upstate New York house fire that turned out to be a trap. It is believed to be the 67-year-old sister of the man responsible. Neighbors say they lived together but hated each other. Two firefighters were killed when William Spengler started a house fire and then shot at the first responders, killing two and injuring two more. Spengler died of a self-inflicted gunshot. “I still have to get ready to see how much of the neighborhood I can burn down and do what I like doing best—killing people,” he wrote in a three-page typewritten note. In addition to the casualties, seven homes were destroyed.
