A paparazzo who claimed to have snapped a photo of Justin Bieber was killed after being hit by a car Tuesday night in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department is interviewing the motorist who hit the photographer, but no arrests have been made. The photographer, identified as Chris Guerra, arrived at Getty Center Drive shortly after 6 p.m., as Bieber’s Ferrari had been pulled over by California Highway Patrol for a traffic stop—although CHP said Bieber was not in the car at the time of the traffic stop. Guerra crossed over Sepulveda Boulevard, where Bieber's car was directed by CHP, and snapped some photos but was hit by a passing motorist as he crossed back toward his car.
