Singapore police announced Thursday they are investigating the “unnatural” death of Autumn Radtke, the 28-year-old CEO of Singapore-based Bitcoin exchange First Meta on Feb. 26. While there is no foul play suspected, “unnatural death” usually refers to suspected suicides. Her death comes at the same time as major controversies swirl around the digital currency, most notably when the Mt. Gox exchange filed for bankruptcy last month.
