The University of Virginia announced Tuesday that, beginning immediately, Greek life may resume. The decision comes just one month after the now-controversial Rolling Stone report on rape at the campus. The announcement did come with new restrictions on fraternities, including rules such as having at least three members stay sober and hiring a security guard for large parties.
