Hello again! It’s Kevin Fallon, coming to you the morning after the Golden Globes. The Unmissable star of the night wasn’t one of the winners, but host Nikki Glaser. She was a firecracker, torching CBS and Hollywood wokeness while roasting A-listers like Timothée Chalamet the way only she can: brutally, but with a really appealing warmth.
My only advice to the Globes: Stop trying to be so serious. You were never the snooty, pretentious awards show. It’s time to go back to being a drunken mess!
The Pitt was the big TV winner at the ceremony, which makes our interview with one of our favorite actors from the show perfectly timed. Read it to get all the juice on the Season 2 premiere. And, once you’re all Golden Globes’d out, make sure to listen to the latest episode of Obsessed: The Podcast, where the director of the documentary about Chevy Chase that everyone is buzzing about reveals her reaction when the cantankerous star told her she wasn’t bright enough to interview him.
